Pretty relaible, fast shipping usually

I didn’t even get to try it out because it got cancelled . How I it possible that you guys are asking for a review if I didn’t get anything ?

Great products! Love the foundations, primer and color eye palettes. Both my mother and I use your products daily. We usually shop in Ulta for our favorites but when we can’t get something I order directly from the company. Thank you for everything!!! Sincerely, Penny

I have been buying from Colourpop for a few years and they have been consistently good. I live in Australia and they give great service and I like that the website now shows everything in Aus dollars, they always bring out great eyeshadow palettes that are good and reasonably priced. The only thing I would change is that Colourpop would start selling their products within Australian stores but overall this is one of my go to places for makeup and they rarely disappoint.

Mi pedido nunca llego y cuando escribí a servicio al cliente me comentaron que me podían enviar de nuevo mis productos pero solo por una vez o si quería el reembolso. La verdad no me parece justo que si el paquete lo perdió la paqueteria me impongan la condición de: o te damos el dinero o te enviamos de nuevo los productos pero si no llegan otra vez pues ya pierdes el dinero y los productos.

Lamentablemente mi orde no llega aún a un mes de haber salido de estados unidos, no sé cuánto tiempo más debo esperar.
