Got the items I ordered, great quality, great price, affordable (and sometimes free) international shipping.

I love your product but you have changed your shipping methods to Canada and they are insanely expensive. Instead of free shipping with a purchase of $60 like it was forever I am now forced to use DHL with excessive charges. I'm really disappointed because I won't order again because of that change.

You're products are good but you're customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

I liked the products I ordered, what I don't like is the design of the blush it's hard to open, the color is really pretty and the texture it's ideal

Well, I can't rate the products because I can't review NOTHING. Placed my order in May, after weeks and weeks of emails to Colourpop, Yodel and DHL- all responding by pointing the finger at each other- Colourpop eventually sent out a re-order. And now the DHL tracking hasn't changed for four days. So, I'm going to assume I'll get the same horrendous service from all three companies involved yet again. And Colourpop have the nerve to say they will only re-issue your order once, so if it doesn't turn up again I get absolutely nothing even though they can clearly see the order hasn't been delivered. Nevermind, if it doesn't come this time around I will claim the money back from my bank. Awful customer service.
