I really love this brand. I have never experienced an issue with any order. This order was missing an item. First, there was an error on the site when trying to contact customer support. It happens, I get it. But then, instead of forwarding me the item (which was in stock), your support stated that they would “credit” my “account”. Which account? No refund on my Visa and no credit on my customer account. So you just tell fibs and keep my money? That’s cool. Because it’s the last of it you’ll be getting.

Excelente, la pigmentación de las sombras es excelente, las que tienen brillos son aún mejor. Quedé encantada. Si quieres que te dure más tiempo las sombras, usa una prebase en los párpados.
