Items ordered on 25 May 2022 have still not been delivered

I think colourpop is amazing. They have great customer service if you need to use it. If something breaks they will replace it or if something goes wrong with your package they will fix or replace it. They have amazing products that perform just as good if not better than some high end products.

It's my first time and I will buy again soon!

Sou Brasileira , para quem gostaria de saber um pouco , eu não vi nada no anúncio sobre ser a prova de água e de fato não é mesmo viu , mas mesmo assim , gostaria de deixar isso como um ponto , pois , eu sei que muita gente gosta . Sobre ele prometer um cílios alongado , ele cumpre ! meus cílios ficaram bem alongados , o pelo pincel ser mais fininho como a foto do produto , ele pega muito bem os cantinhos , eu amei !! Recomendo para quem gosta também de rímel que saí com facilidade , em relação a duração , passei 5 horas e tranquilo , não sei o quanto seria o limite , mas por esse tempo ficou intacto . ( Não fui taxada )

It’s the first time that I have made an order with you and the experience has been terrible. It's been a month and I haven't received my package. I don't understand why my package was sent to Frankfurt Germany, I live in Colombia. Later, they tell me that my package cannot be sent and is going to be stored. My hypothesis is that customs has retained it because it came from Germany, if it comes from Germany probably beyond me a copper tariff that. Or do I have to pay since I don't ask for it to be shipped from Germany. I don't know how many times they have opened my order and if they have manipulated it. It is very unfortunate this situation and knowing that it may be better not to place an order again. I need help to solve this problem

First experience with Colourpop and I'm very happy. I'm from Argentina so I wasn't sure what was going to happen with the delivery. Every product arrived great. I highly recommend it.
