Never received anything bad! They have very unique make up and they make it so you can afford it!

My package came damaged, the mascara was dry and no one has responded to my email. A response would have been nice.

Love the Hocus Pocus eye shadow palette and “I am calm” jelly much shadow. They go on bright and stay on for long periods of time!

I love the quality of the products and in this special case the packaging. I bought the "Hocuspocus 2" collection and i absolutly love how its done, I also have the first 2 collections. I also bought some extra super shock shadows. One of them come brocken in its little extra case the come with, but because it has its own little case I still have all of the product and can use it. It's also the first time since I buy from colourpop that it happend and the packaging was really save and unbrocken so I dont know how this happend.

I've always had good luck with ColourPop. Yes shipping sometimes takes a while but it's always worth the wait and everything is packaged extremely well.

It takes a long time to get your stuff.

The products were all packaged really well and I love the eyeshadow and gloss and liquid lips and all that. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the mascara it was very almost clay like and didn’t apply well. Though from what I’ve seen through others who bought it they didn’t really have the same experience so it may have just been mine.

Just cancelled order for no reason and I never got a refund
