I haven’t even received the package yet and it’s already been over a month!! I tried emailing customer service and they just said it couldn’t be tracked

The quality of colorpop. Easy web page and purchase process. Sure I will buy again. The lipsticks are the best pigmentation ever!

Palette arrived in time and in good condition. I am in love with the colours and the blendability. Easily one of my most favourite palettes so far. Great for everyday looks, as well as fun colourful looks. 10/10 would buy again.

I ordered two pairs of Give Him Fur cat-ear hair clips (for Halloween) on September 22, 2022. I received the product in a timely manner. Shortly after, I received from Colourpop an email offering a $5 coupon in exchange for a product review. No other conditions were noted. I wrote the review (essentially saying the product was cute but overpriced). Shortly after, I tried to use the coupon. Upon checkout I learned the coupon was usable only if I made a new purchase of at least $20 and redeemed the coupon within 2 weeks. I would not have invested time in writing the review if I had known these conditions were attached. I have never received a coupon offer that did NOT disclose conditions up front. I messaged Customer Service repeatedly because I felt this was a bait-and-switch to get reviews, and every time I received a response saying certain exclusions always applied to Colourpop coupons. I repeated that the issue was not product exclusions but coupon restrictions, to no avail. I felt very strongly that I was receiving canned responses from an automated system or possibly a person who only provided set responses. Finally, I asked to be contacted by a supervisor and received no response. In frustration, I unsubscribed from the mailing list. I have no intention of purchasing from this company again.
