The crème eyeshadows have vivid colors and stay on! I used them for a Halloween brunch . 👻 There is glitter in them also FYI.

Horrible experience. Dried out and crusty. Will never spend money here again. Absolutely horrible quality.

Eyebrow pencil broke straight out of the box. The retractable part fell out of the pencil and it couldn’t be fixed. This has happened with eyeliners before and customer service is useless. The require a photo. Fine, if a photo is available. When a 1/4” piece of wax falls out of something onto a piece of furniture it can’t be retrieved. Picking it up causes it to melt. So no pic is available. Customer service makes no allowance for this so I’ve wasted my money for the last time on colourpop.

Amazing service, both delivery and customer care. The products arrived in perfect condition and very efficient.

Half of my order is practically missing in the mail. I asked if they can help track it down and they said I have to contact the carrier. No offer of a partial refund or even store credit. It’s ridiculous. At this point, even though I like the colourpop brand products, I don’t want to buy their products to support their poor customer support. But hey, maybe I will get lucky and my product will show up a few years later update: after contacting them again, i got ahold of a different person who was able to offer a refund/credit. faith in the company restored

La experiencia fue grata, la presentación de los productos hermosa, lo unico es el tiempo de espera en los envios, se entiende que es porque es lejos, pero la información del envio se actualizo dos veces y no supe mas de mi paquete hasta que llego a mi casa.
