The makeup is fantastic for the price, shipping is reasonable, and customer service is good when I've had to reach out which has only been once in the dozens of orders I've placed! After waiting 1month, my order got cancelled with no explanation. Been waiting and checking status even wrote in and was told its on its way. Then i check after 28 days on account says cancelled and no email tellung me. All the waiting for nothing.

Worst service ever. Package never arrived and you were of no help at all when I contacted you.
