It was easy to order and came quickly

Was a bit skeptical at first, but heard great reviews about ColourPop (especially the lippie sticks!) and decided to buy the PR high school musical set when it was 50% off for Black Friday. From the items I have used so far, the products are great and receiving the PR set was a cool experience overall!

ColourPop takes to long to send out order.

1st time ordering and my last. Took 16 days to get my order. By that time I didn't need the items. My granddaughters B'Day had already passed. Would not let me refuse pkg. Lipstick was leaking. Sponges and brushes smelled God awful. Company didn't care and just ignored it. I ended up having to throw the sponges and brushes away. Only thing usable was the 3 eye shadows, which I gave away. What a horrible 1st experience and such lack of caring by this company. I am an I influencer and I have already warned most of my followers. I was told you don't allow returns due to the low cost of your items. I buy better items for less and they all allow returns and have wonderful customer service. So this experience was bad and had me very upset and frustrated.

It was fast delivery. Everything came perfect. I love the protects.

It was my very first order from colourpop and I was thrilled with the deal I got! My only criticism is the shipping time, but it’s understandable since it was close to the holiday

I ordered this in November as a gift for Christmas and it never arrive and got sent back. Days later I got a delivery notification but I have no package in my mailroom nor was it accidentally delivered to any nearby businesses. I called around and have received nothing.

I feel cheated, I made a purchase more than a month ago and I still have not received the products and I think I will never receive them, the worst purchase of my life!
