The wrong items were sent and there is no way for me to correct this because I didn’t know I had to keep the box

Colourpop ships their packages in a few days after the order was placed. Packages arrive in about 3-4 weeks to Croatia(EU) (the time mostly depends on the customs). Customer service is polite and responds in a few days time. The products are packaged well (in a lot of bubble wrap foils) and I haven't received any damaged goods. I have tried various makeup products (lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes, glosses, blushes, highlighters, single shadows...) and I am very satisfied with the brand, especially because I have sensitive skin prone to various allergic reactions to different cosmetic products. I am very happy to find an affordable brand with great quality products.

Good quality product, fair prices, fast shipping

There was one missing item within the order, and I wasn't notified about it. However, I was charged $10 for it. The missing item was: "It's Moi"

They're doing amazing sweetie, no complaints.
