Colourpop neglected to tell me an item was out of stock or offer a refund before I inquired why the item was missing from my order. When I asked why my item didn’t arrive, they told me that they could offer me a $20 coupon (which is worth less than what I bought) because they ran out of it. It took over a week to get a refund when I should’ve been told the product is out of stock in the first place. I guarantee if I didn’t reach out, they wouldn’t have gotten me my refund. Shady customer service and company practices. Also slow shipping.

I would give a full five stars, but I can't. I've made a purchase during the black Friday. It arrived wrong (something I didn't ordered at all, and nothing of what I did indeed). The costumer service has been really nice, and they sent me a new order (unfortunately some items went sold out, I'm waiting for a refund of those). The only thing is, I had to pay the duties fees twice! That I didn't like at all.

Items perform amazingly. Long-lasting quality. Numerous choices in beautiful shades, non-irritating and affordable. Good values on sales. Will likely continue buying due to performance, prices, cruelty-free makeup and even support of cat shelters! Yes! Made me feel good about buying an item knowing proceeds going towards animal charity. Even the packaging is creative and attractive. However, may look to try more colors in person at a beauty stores first for a better idea of shade and its intensity unless the item is significantly discounted online, so take a chance on it. No Colourpop stores available for testing shades or free returns/exchanges. Also, wrote product reviews on colourpop.com and never received the $5 merchandise credit promised yet but, overall, I am quite impressed with this brand and recommend it.

My issue still has not been resolved! I just want a replacement eyeshadow sent, NOT a refund or coupon code (WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO SPEND MORE TO GET VALUE FOR WHAT I ALREADY BOUT AND PAID FOR?) This is fraudulent activity!

I placed an order and got told that it was delivered but it never came. still waiting for a refound.

I really like the blush and gloss I bought. They’re very good quality and I enjoy wearing them <3
