I ordered an Aurora palette and blush almost 2 weeks ago. Once it shipped and I received a confirmation that it had been delivered, I opened the package to only find the blush. The $36 palette was not in there. I've contacted ColourPop twice and still have not received a response back. I want my order fixed

Everything came in in great condition. Also the shipping did not take long I was surprised. The quality of their stuff is very amazing! I loved everything I ordered and will definitely order again!

Product took 1 Month and 11 days to arrive! The tracking number supplied was not recognised when I tried to track my parcel. A few e-mails sent before I got a reply. Really not great! Would not order again. Would not recommend.

The eyeliner formula must have changed a lot since my last order. It is very difficult to apply (dry, no pigment and won’t stick to my waterline) drags and doesn’t last. The rest of my order was ok but shipping took forever and prices keep increasing. I miss the old colourpop, it’s going to be a long time if I order ever again.
