Missing items in order Haven’t received refund

The products were really nice & I love the moisturizer. The lipsticks are awesome to. I would use Colorpop again.

Lipstick was broken and color was not the same as what I purchased in Ulta.

My order kept getting cancelled and when I tried to contact customer service they said it was marked for fraud for no obvious reason even though I had the required amount of money and have previously used the same card with no issues with other websites. Mind you this was an order of more than 100$ so it was alot of products which the company kept cancelling and they have the audacity to send an email requesting a review for products I never even recieved!! I searched the internet to find a solution for my problem but instead I saw that alot of people are having the same issues so obviously there is a problem with the company and not the customers but the company is refusing to admit and solve the issue on their hand!! I said this in my email to customer service and I will repeat it here I am never buying anything from colourpop and would rather support a company that respects their customers!!

I have been ordering from Colourpop for awhile now,great products low prices. Website is trustworthy never had any problems,Customer service is amazing they send an email and get back to you asap if there were anything wrong with an order.Rate them 5stars.^-^

Very poor customer service and items looked to be rushed but they were a very nice colour
