This has been my go to brand for many years. The highlighters and eyeliners are classics. The amazing collabs keep me coming back.

Horrible customer service
Danny
Horrible experience: 1. Placed an order on limited edition and was emailed an incorrect invoice. Thankfully I purchased through Klarna so it showed my actual order. Customer service assured that it was a glitch and I would receive the items. 2. It took over a month to receive my order. Contacted customer service and was told they would ship it out immediately. This was after waiting a week to hear back. 3. Over a month after placing my order I finally received it. The contents of my order matched the original incorrect invoice I was emailed and not what I ordered despite being assured there was no issue. 4. It took about two weeks for a customer service representative to return multiple requests for a refund. I will say that the only silver lining is that they did finally refund me in full and let me keep the incorrect order. I will still say that I will never buy another Colourpop product. I understand that things happen but this was hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
