Los productos son muy bonitos pero el problema que tienen es la paquetería, me parece que cambiaron de paquetería y la nueva no me da confianza. En este ocasión se robaron dos productos. Ustedes fueron rápidos en solucionarme el problema pero siento que se pudo haber evitado si siguieran enviando con redpack.

They provide an excellent solution and customer service, they take a while to respond because they are saturated, but the times I contact them they are very attentive and seek to provide the best solution

Freckle pen is cute i buy it often, shipped fast etc but you get less stars bc you keep sending me annoying emails i didnt subscribe to just bc i bought something off your site

I never received my order from over a month ago, and still no updates.
