I never received my order. I reached out to customer support for help. They told me to contact USPS and let them know what they said about it. I did that and told customer support that they did not receive the package. Customer support said yes they did and told me to talk to USPS about it for further assistance. They were unapologetic and completely unhelpful. No resolution, no offer of sending a new order or a refund. It took days between emails to get replies back, so the whole thing took way too long to get a completely unhelpful answer. I had to file a claim to get my money back. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I loved my order

There was a glitch at time of checkout and I was charged twice and got two orders and I was trying to return the order that was not opened and they said they couldn’t do anything for me. Really disappointed. If it would have been my error I would have understood but it wasn’t.

Je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis. Il est arrivé en France 10 jours après la commande et a disparu soudainement sans être rattaché à son suivi Colissimo. Pas de nouvelles pendant des semaines. Ces derniers m'ont dit que Colourpop devait ouvrir une enquête pour pouvoir chercher le colis, et Colourpop me disait l'inverse, que c'était à moi de contacter Colissimo. Ils m'ont proposé l'envoi d'un nouveau colis mais comment faire confiance une seconde fois quand le premier a disparu ? Après de nombreux échanges je me suis faite remboursée mais pas dans la totalité sur une commande de près de 80 euros. Soyez très vigilant(e), il y a des vols de colis à la douane et le site décharge toute responsabilité.

I love the selection and quality of ColorPop products. I also like that after I order a product, it ships quickly and I receive it in a timely manner.

Used to LOVE colourpop. Something has changed with their eyeshadow formula in the Heavy Metal pallet. The pigment wouldn't stay on my lifs even with the same primer routine and product for years and it is going on funny...not liking whatever the change was..needs to be fixed.

The products are nice. They are soft on the skin. They work well on sensitive skin. They have good quality and affordable products. There is a great selection. We are very happy with customer service and shipping. We love ColourPop!!!
