I didn’t even get my item saying there was a problem with my address which they had pinpointed correctly on their map so I don’t k ow what the problem was. Atleast I got a full refund but still now that item is out of stock in stores and I’m not ordering it online again

I ordered a product they sent me the wrong one. Instead of offering to send me the one I actually ordered they took 3 weeks to get back to me and told me they wouldn’t send me the right order and instead just refund me partial refund. I have purchased so much from this company in the past and this experience was so awful I’ll never order again.

Because Every time order from the actual website, my order never arrives by the USPS. I just had a problem last month with the Pokémon collection. Two packages were suppose to arrive at the same time in the same date. Only received one even though both say they’ve been delivered. Then Colourpop customer service doesn’t do anything to rectify the situation. I had to reorder the stuff I wanted from ULTA. I’m really made that I’m out $48.
