I purchased my precious metals Jan/2025 and transaction was completed Mar/2025. The metals was to be transferred to Equity since Apr/2025. I received a letter from Equity in Jun/2025 stating they informed all persons that purchase from Colonial metals they never received the metal transfer. I contacted my contacts from Colonial Kenji Getz & Nick several times, they finally contacted me back about 2 weeks later and they informed me they transferred the metals. Now I’m learning from Equity it was never received. I tried calling my contacts from Colonial metals and both of their phone numbers are disconnected. I called the phone number on this site no one called me back and the email on this site do not show as a valid email. I’m 95% sure this company is a scam, stay clear!!!! I will look into legal action now and go to BBB and all.

I trusted this company with my retirement savings but never received everything I paid for. Only a small portion was delivered, and repeated attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. I'm leaving this review in the hope that someone finally responds and explains when the rest will be delivered. I am satisfied with my progress on CENTURY and 100 .I don't need to keep sending reminders just to access my money. Everything moves when it should.

I cannot get anyone to get back to me. No one answers the phone or answers email. I don't know if they purchased metals. I don't know what happened to my funds. 2/12/2026. UPDATE; I FOUND MY MEDALS. THEY WERE ACTUALLY DELIVERED TO THE DEPOSITORY IN SEPTEMBER. THE DEPOSITORY AND THE RECORD KEEPER ENTRUST WORKED TOGETHER TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. I STILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COLONIAL METALS.

I knew I shouldn’t have taken down my last review on these scammers. When my wife and I wrote our negative reviews sometime July, the Company’s head himself begged us to take them down and the. he released the money my wife needed for her medical procedure in exchange for us to retract our reviews. He however, kept more than half of my wife’s life long retirement money on investment. Since August we never heard from any one of them again and the gold was never delivered to the investment company. We are not just going to sit down and do nothing from here on! My wife worked long and hard for her retirement fund and I am not going to allow these people in Colonial Metals Group to steal this from us! The fight is not over! We will file a complaint even with the FBI and involve the media. I encourage everyone who have been defrauded like my wife to join us in this fight against these SCAMMERS!

One Star, i trusted Colonial Metals group, they advertised, on a news channel i trusted. I bought my order in April 2025, and i started checking my delaware vault depository, and as of Dec 12th they have not sent my silver over to Delaware vault for me. I have yet tyo hear any stauts up date on this, should i get concerned?

Purchased my metals in July 2025 and have not received all of my metals at the Depository. Drained my 401K to invest in their Gold IRA and received around $4000 worth of my $27,000 order. Have tried many times to contact and no one answers or calls me back. Hoping this review will get me someone who can tell me when the rest of my metals are being delivered.

Colonial Metals Group a once recommended metals dealer but no longer. They are quick and attentive to take your funds and never deliver.Even the finacial management companies of Equity Trust and Entrust will no longer do business with them for non delivery of contracted metals. They are non responsive to calls emails and even legal letter demands leaving their victims to go to arbritration if you can collect even then. So Run! Save yourself while we will be going after their broker license and filing complaints with the Attorney Generals and Federal Trade Commission. Maybe then they will fullfill their purchase agreement contracts and deliver all purchased metals and even promised promos not just for us but others too.

I paid a lot of money for the metal, but it was not deliver. Every attempt to reach out to the support has been met with silence. After many unanswered calls, messages, it left me worried and unsure and this has made me question the company's reliability.
