First time gold buyer
I’m still in the early stages of working with this company, but so far I’m very pleased. Zach Jonik is a pleasure to work with. He’s patient and knowledgeable when answering questions from someone who only knows that gold is good.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Even when I was agitated the CSRs were friendly, calm and thorough in all their explanations. They made sure I understood all aspects of the process and even asked questions to ensure I did. I have dealt with other groups and this group doesn't have to used car salesmen attitude. I appreciate them wanting to make sure I made the right choice for me. They are very respionsive to all inquiries. You will even get your own contact person, I have to say Mily is wonderful and I enjoy working with her and Joe. I would recommend.
