Coliving.comReviews of coliving.com

This is a great website for finding quality coliving spaces. I found a nice space that fits my needs perfectly.

Finding a place through us.coliving.com was a really positive experience. The site is well organized and made the search process simple and stress-free. The team was super helpful and quick to respond whenever I had questions. I ended up finding a great place and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

I used Coliving.com to look for a place to stay and found the platform easy to navigate. The listings were clear and helped me compare different options quickly. I also had a good experience with their support team when I had a question; they responded and were helpful. In the end, I found a place that matched what I was looking for and the process felt smooth overall. I’d use the platform again if I needed to find coliving accommodation in another city.

I do not recommend the service provided by coliving.com. Although the platform has a presence online and some positive reviews, many users report serious issues that make it difficult to trust. The site feels obscure and confusing. The information presented isn’t always clear, and users frequently struggle to find accurate pricing, availability, and data about the actual properties. Listings sometimes show availability that doesn’t exist, and descriptions can be misleading, making it hard to decide what you’re really booking. Moreover, the pricing structure on the platform appears to intentionally confuse users. Some reviews mention that prices end up being far higher than booking directly with the hosts, that refund policies are unclear or difficult to navigate, and that commissions significantly reduce the value compared with alternatives. Finally, there is no reliable support regarding data privacy or transparency about how they handle personal information. Many users find the support channels unhelpful when trying to resolve issues or get clear answers about their accounts. Given my experience and the community feedback, I cannot trust this platform with personal data or bookings. Overall, I would avoid coliving.com and recommend people look for alternatives where pricing, support, and data privacy are more transparent and user-friendly.

I found a lovely Coliving through the website Coliving.com. I would use the website again.

The customer service is exceptional, they handled an issue very quick and made sure I was happy with the service.

Coliving.com claims to offer a 100% refund excluding commission. However, I never expected the "commission" to swallow 96% of the booking cost. My experience suggests a deliberate, multi-stage friction strategy designed to discourage customers from pursuing their money: Step 1: An initial refund of a negligible amount. Step 2: An offer of a "goodwill" voucher, lock-in for their services only. Step 3: Agreement to a partial cash refund minus vague "operational costs." Step 4: A full refund, but only after exhaustive and grueling correspondence.

You provide a good service but the value for money is really poor considering your margins, I would have paid much less (around 50% of what I paid) if I had gone directly to the local real estate company. I would not use this website again, unless there was ABSOLUTELY no other alternative. Unless you are in an emergency, like I was, you may save a lot of money if you spend some time and go directly to the local websites. Do not be afraid just because they are in a local language, in my case it was Japanese. I should have asked a Japanese friend and I would have saved a lot of money. If for whatever reason you need to use coliving, just go for 1 month accommodation and once you are in the place, contact the local company for further months.
