I had two different issues with the same overall client, even though the listings were under different names. First issue was being booked for a room that was unavailable and the second was the host did not state there would be an additional, off site application where they including things that were not stated on the original listing. Both issues I had were resolved by the Support team, specifically Joyce who was able to handle and process everything professionally. I hope this helps future applicants get all the details on their future places before being approved.
