They filter out bad reviews from their platform and don't respond to customer service inquiries. If you google the individual properties they rent you'll see the review are wildly different. edit: It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't posted my review of the property. They absolutely filter out bad reviews to make more money. Their response tries to play it off as if "oh we don't import from Google". That is completely different than refusing to post honest reviews in general. And just to follow up on the customer service piece, they had me send a whatsapp message to support when I had issues at the property and never responded once and ghosted me.

Hi Evan, We are sorry you had a bad experience with one of our hosts' coliving spaces. The reviews you see on Coliving.com are real, but it's not up to us whether they are imported from Google. Most are imported or from residents through Coliving.com. I can see that you just gave the host a low rating on Coliving.com. We will follow up on this case to ensure that the host corrects their listing and fixes any issues with the property before we send more people there. The Coliving.com team

Really impressed by coliving! They look out for the customer first and foremost, unlike other sites like air bnb. I needed customer support a couple of times and they responded to me super quickly. Wonderful service and a fantastic site to find cool co-livings to stay in.
