Coliving helped me to get my deposit back from the rental. They saved me 800€ which I probably otherwise did not get back. Joyce of there Customer Support was really kind and super helpful!

They do NOT offer a 30-day FREE cancellation, instead it's a percentage fee on your booking. Fees aren't super clear so make sure you're well aware of the percentage fee you'll be charged BEFORE your booking is confirmed. Customer service isn't super forthcoming with what the fee is when you do contact them either. When you press them for what this fee is they'll disclose how much they penalise you if your plans change. So, be sure to check Section 9 (at the time of writing this review) of the T&Cs and section before you book.

Chambre et espace commun pas conforme aux photos. Manque de professionnalisme, peu d’explications sur le fonctionnement de l’appartement, oubli de donner le code d’accès. Propreté douteuse… Expérience que je ne renouvellerai pas
