Quick help
I had a small issue and for a moment I despaired that I had lost a lot of money by cancelling my stay at an apartment. But Joyce Ann Mendoza helped me ensure that everything was resolved in the most fortunate way. She was quick and helpful, for which I am very grateful.

Possibly Worth it
Worth the value it offers for one of the Bali locations. I haven’t tried other locations yet, but so far some seem to be very expensive. I would say if the price is right perfect option for long stays.

Joyce and coliving team are fantastic!
We had an issue getting our deposit back from our host who refused to pay us back for over 6 months. I decided to involve coliving and Joyce could not have been more helpful and attentive in dealing with this. She always replied quickly, applied a lot of pressure on the host, and got them to pay us back. I think the customer service is exceptional and I will definitely use Coliving again. Joyce deserves a raise! Thank you for your help
