Pat from Coldesi was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable! He took the time to walk me through some additional maintenance and troubleshooting tips for my printer, which made a huge difference. Great support, highly recommend!

Alan is seriously the GOAT! I can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. Half the time I don’t understand the machine stuff he’s explaining, but he never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to make sure I understand what I need to know. Most importantly, he makes sure my machine is working 100% before he lets me go. He genuinely cares about getting things right, and that kind of service is hard to find. I am SO thankful for Alan, his knowledge, and especially his patience with me! I honestly don’t know what I would do without him. Alan is the absolute best!

I watched the video they sent me and had already done exactly what it said to do. And now I understand a little more as to why it happened and how the machine works as a whole. Very informative video!

After a few weeks of back and forth the guys at Col Desi stood behind the product and the mis communication. This will be our 2nd printer from them. The 1st DTF machine has been amazing. This new UV DTF machine after getting the ink changed and all dialed in produces some awesome results.
