Customer service is amazing! The team is incredibly helpful and sweet, very responsive. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that the dispatch process takes significantly longer than stated in their policies. Additionally, the actual delivery date was much later than the estimated date provided in my order confirmation. My purchase was made 26 days ago and haven’t received it yet. Not happy about that and starting to worry
