They do not support their 3 and 5 year…
They do not support their 3 and 5 year old 48” UV printers - we have 2 of them over 50k a piece and they can’t get parts and don’t have answers. Our problem with their printers is not their problem it seems. We purchased from them because we thought there would be US support and longevity to their printers, but the truth is they don’t. We are reviewing alternative printers now because Coldesi does not support their equipment.

We completely understand your frustration, especially considering the significant investment you've made in your equipment. However, we want to clarify something important. ColDesi has not abandoned support for these printers or our customers. Unfortunately, the original manufacturer went out of business, leaving replacement parts unavailable. Rather than walking away, ColDesi searched globally for parts, purchased as much remaining inventory as possible, and even extended support to printer owners across the US and internationally who never purchased their equipment from us. We continue to provide technical support and replacement parts wherever possible. Unfortunately, when the original manufacturer no longer exists and certain components are no longer produced, there are limitations that even our best efforts cannot overcome. We understand that doesn't resolve your frustration, and we genuinely wish the circumstances were different. Supporting our customers has always been a priority at ColDesi. The lengths we've gone to in supporting these discontinued printers are a reflection of that commitment, not a lack of it. We would welcome the opportunity to review your situation again and explore any remaining options.
