5 Stars – Absolutely Amazing Experience! I cannot say enough amazing things about Scott with ColDesi!! From start to finish, he has been absolutely wonderful to work with! He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. As a small business owner, making big investments in equipment can be overwhelming, but Scott made the experience so much easier and exciting! It's refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about helping your business grow and succeed rather than just making a sale. His customer service is seriously top-notch, and I couldn't be more grateful! If you're considering working with ColDesi, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Scott! You won't regret it! Thank you, Scott, for being such an amazing part of this exciting new chapter for my business! 💗

I had problems with my printer, and I was a basket case and I wasn’t pleasant because I’ve lost my patience with DTF printers. The staff at Coldesi is awesome. They worked as hard as they could and resolve my issues quickly and they tolerated my impatience. The printer is amazing. I will never trade it. I recommend the 12 H2 DTF printer to anyone.

I can not say enough good things about this company. We started our business almost 6 years ago, and found this company about 4 years ago. Coldesi's customer service is unmatched in this industry. Also, they provide QUALITY products. They are a fantastic company and I highly recommend.

They do not support their 3 and 5 year old 48” UV printers - we have 2 of them over 50k a piece and they can’t get parts and don’t have answers. Our problem with their printers is not their problem it seems. We purchased from them because we thought there would be US support and longevity to their printers, but the truth is they don’t. We are reviewing alternative printers now because Coldesi does not support their equipment.

We have owned our ColDesi DTF12H2 for several years now and have on more than one occasion contacted support for various issues that have arised. I know that some of the issues are really simple to solve to they need to remotely log into the computer to fix. During those times of simple fixes we have never been treated as if we were inferior and those complex times we have never been looked at as a problem. We have always been treated like we are the most important person in the room and have been made to feel that we matter. I have never been treated so incredibly well on every occasion, with quick and immediate service anywhere other than with ColDesi. John Mathews helped us on this occasion but he is one of a long list of incredible employees that have helped us through the years. I know that everything toy purchase has some sort of issues that you have to deal with but the people who support the purchase make or break the company. ColDesi understand this and exceeds in this area to make their company great. I would buy anything from ColDesi!

Kevin was a true professional; he did the installation without any problems, and the print results were fantastic.

Michelle King always goes over the top for excellent customer support. She has been so helpful many times, she is never rushed with us and so very patient! We greatly appreciate her knowledge. If I could have, today I would have given her a huge hug for saving my project. Thank you Michelle!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Technical Support! I had a great experience with ColDesi Tech Support. Michelle was knowledgeable, patient, and resolved my issue clearly and professionally. As an Avancé 1201C owner, I appreciate having dependable support when questions or issues arise. Thank you for the outstanding service. Highly recommended!
