Coinzoom is sending my refund to a closed wise account, despite written proof it is inactive. Support keeps asking wise to recall a transfer that was never sent. I am glad I am always able to access my money on #CVE Capital Corp..company

SCAMMERS Customer service sucks even an ass sucks. I purchased bitcoin on their platform. Never receive my bitcoin now going on two weeks. No one has contacted me no emails. Do not repeat. Do not download Lornzo. It would be the worst mistake you ever made.

Very frustrating, you can’t get a hold of an actual representative to help with your problems. Coinzoom is not responding to emails regarding refunds and unblocking my account. This company is a fraud and should be investigated by SEC and CFBP for bad business practices and holding customers funds without proper explanation or direction

This company truly needs to be investigated by Government regulators for unfair and deceptive business practices. Very, very poor customer service, Unable to speak with a live person. For numerous months, the company has been non-responsive regarding my refund. They have had ample opportunities to complete and return my refund.

I have used the same Solana deposit address in my CoinZoom account for about a year without any issues. Recently, I deposited $350 to that address, but the funds never appeared in my account. While checking my Solana wallet history, I tapped the "Receive" button and watched the deposit address change on my screen. I immediately contacted support, but I was told that deposit addresses do not change on their own. That response doesn't match what I experienced. My main concern is that my deposit was sent to the address that had been assigned to my account, and now my $350 is missing. Support has stopped responding, and I have not received a clear explanation or a resolution. I am asking CoinZoom to investigate what happened, explain why the deposit address changed, and either locate my funds or reimburse the missing $350. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I hope the issue is resolved promptly.

I have had coinzoom for 2 years now. Though I'd like to see more coins to trade (my only complaint) I have had nothing but positive interactions with their customer support team. Fees are reasonable. Transactions have always been smooth. Transfers have been flawless and quick. Their debit card program is well worth it. Just make sure you understand how it works or you will be surprised when you have to convert holdings to cash automatically. I would definitely recommend Coinzoom to people.

My experience with CoinZoom has been extremely disappointing. My funds have been tied up for over six weeks with no resolution. I followed every instruction I was given. CoinZoom asked my bank to initiate a callback/recall request, and my bank completed that process twice. My bank has now confirmed that more than 30 days have passed and there is nothing further they can do on their end. Despite this, CoinZoom continues to hold my funds without providing a clear explanation or a solution. I have repeatedly requested that they close my account and return the funds to the original bank account they came from, but the issue remains unresolved. The lack of communication and the lengthy delay have been incredibly frustrating. I simply want my account closed and my funds returned. I hope CoinZoom will take responsibility, resolve this matter promptly, and improve how they communicate with customers facing serious account issues.

CoinZoom is withholding my funds. They are forcing a refund to a permanently closed Wise account. Despite providing official written proof from Wise that the account is dead, tier-1 support keeps copy-pasting an impossible request telling me to ask Wise to recall a transfer that hasn't even been sent

They must be returned by the originating financial institution that sent the transfer. If the sending bank account has been closed, the sending bank remains responsible for ensuring the returned funds are delivered to you through an alternate method. We understand this is inconvenient, but we are unable to redirect or release the funds through a different bank or account. Please continue working with the originating financial institution, as they are the only party that can complete the return of your funds.
