UNBELIEVABLY frustrating
UNBELIEVABLY frustrating. My registration is still pending & in review for about 6 days. The Bot has sent 2 tickets for assistance. No one has contacted or helped me. I have other crypto exchange platforms for years with complete success. Unfortunately. I was planning to use CoinZoom for specific trades the others don't process. This is a horrible experience. I've lost my trades & would avoid this service if other suitable choices are available for your needs. 5-8-26 Update: My account is now active due to the help of the CoinZoom representative who identified the issue. Once in touch with her, she was quite helpful. Thank you!!!
