Changed my coffee drinking habits
Changed my coffee drinking habits forever! Roasting my own beans has been a great learning experience and the Kaleido roaster is doing great work. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but once I got the box in hand, everything was great.

Good experience
I purchased the Sandbox Smart R1 Roaster and Bean Cooler. The order was shipped and delivered quickly despite being around the holidays. My purchase also came with 5 lbs of green coffee beans, but they did not arrive with the roaster and bean cooler. I reached out to inquire on when I would receive them and was informed they ship separately and would be updated with a tracking number. I did end up receiving the coffee beans a few days later but was never given a tracking number. My experience was really positive but I’m only giving 4 stars due to not getting the tracking number for the coffee beans and no email correspondence to inform me that they would arrive separately.

Coffeeroast Co. were upfront and truthful about their product. Cost was very affordable. Venzia 2 Deluxe is an easy setup and easy to use. Takes up a lot less room than my other outdated roaster. We at Missouri River Coffee Company have been in business 6 years through thick and thin as some of you know how this business works, it has it's ups and downs. or should I say "darks and lites".Glad they were my choice.

Be prepared to wait.
I had doubts about this unconventional company, but they did eventually get me the coffee grinder. I would recommend they use a different courier because for 3 weeks I felt this expensive order was simply in limbo. A most unpleasant experience and one I'm not likely to repeat. For her part Beverly was friendly and did her best.

Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We’re glad to hear that you received your coffee grinder and appreciate your kind words. We understand that the delivery time felt longer than expected. Unfortunately, during the peak holiday season, couriers can experience delays beyond our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period. Your suggestion about considering different courier options is greatly appreciated, and we’ll review it as we work to improve the delivery experience for our customers. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you!
