Grossly Incompetent or Scammers...
Ordered a coffee grinder that was supposed to arrive in 4-6 days, after two weeks I contacted them and they said there was a delay. I waited 2 more weeks and tried contacting them again but I was ignored. I ended up having to report it as fraud since they would not even offer me a refund on it when the order was one month late with no update on arrival time.

A month-long wait with no updates, being ignored when you reached out, and then having to resort to a fraud claim just to get resolution, that's not the experience we ever want a customer to have, and we understand the frustration and distrust this has caused.
