paid $30 for an expedited rush/shipping fee and the item still didnt ship for almost a week - your shipping timelines and fees are ambiguous at best. I bought from you all because we needed this part quickly, it said in stock - paid the extra rush fee - I was able to get same part from another vendor quicker - Order placed the 3rd as of today still haven't received order - deliver now Monday the 14th -
