Ordered over a week ago. Never received item. No shipping notice. You implied item was in stock. If back ordered should have told me. If you do not have item, please cancel order and refund to my credit card!

I wish I could rate them higher but I am still waiting, over a week after ordering, for my item to ship. I did receive a phone call but only after I inquired via their chat feature (which no one responded to online). I Hope to be able to comment on the product eventually.

Courteous and prompt replies to my inquiries. Had some shipping hiccups with the carrier but Coffeeroast took care of me every step of the way. They even called me several times along with email correspondence. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered an item on 5/23. Still waiting on fulfillment and shipping 5/31 (over a week later). I’m just about to dispute the charges with my credit card company. No response from the company on the shipping of my order.
