We're sorry to hear about your negative experience when shopping with us with us. Your feedback is essential to us and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Your order, #CRC-1350, was placed at 12:53PM Central Time. After it was received, we started the manufacturing process as the Kaleido Sniper M10 Coffee Roaster is manufactured to order. We received a call from you approximately 2 hours later at 3:14PM Central Time with your request for cancellation as you were looking for another product, specifically the Kaleido M10 Pro, which we've also indicated is the same product as the one that you ordered from us as it's an alternative naming scheme for the roaster. We indicated that as the manufacturing process has already started, any refund would be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the order value as stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Unfortunately initiating a stop on the manufacturing process once it has started is costly and in addition to credit card transaction fees incurs large costs for us which is why our cancellation policy is formatted in this manner. Thank you for your understanding and please let us know if you have any other questions.
