I ordered a code a few month ago which was not in stock at this time. The item was however able to be purchased as a pre-order. As the item didn't become available after a few months, I agreed with the codeswholesale support to receive a refund for the full amount I paid, back to the original payment method. Instead of the terms we agreed on, I only received parts of the refund and also I received the refund back to my account balance. I would not recommend ordering something at codeswholesale if you intend on receiving the item or your money back.

Fraud and Scam. I paid 100 € and they never answer back. Login is impossible.

this is not a company, this IS a military school . when i want to verify my account and after all the information that i provide them, they decide that they cannot activate my account on the platform , why? i want just buy games from them, not to sell anything on the platform . and i really wish if there sombody can create a website for wolsales buyers because i geuss this is a NASA COMPANY .

I'd like to advise everyone to stay away from them as they are obviously NOT an authorized distributor. Do you want to know how I know this? Authorized sellers do NOT have stock for digital keys, as they are usually connected directly with the distributors via a central system very similar to CodesWholesale's API with an unlimited amount of keys. Also, these authorized distributors receive the bills monthly - They don't buy a specific amount of keys. Their revenue depends on how much they sell and the keys are always available (unlimited amount), which is not the case for this site. Also as proof, I contacted their support before and after a hideous amount of long waiting times and asking me to go from this support team to that support team, I finally connect with their team and after a long chat. I ask them about how the legality is very important to me and how I don't want to deal with fraudulent key refunds, they finally confirmed that their keys are not directly obtained from publishers and that in fact, some keys can be fraudulent - which is the opposite of what their site says. So they explained if somebody bought a key through my site and it turned out to be non-active, they will request for a refund which then I will have to open a case with them and they will have to investigate it (a BS term since they can't really check if keys are valid or not, since, uh, they're not legit), which is not the case if you were dealing with an authorized distributor.

shady tactics... i made an order for a product which was shown as "in stock" though, after payment my order has the status "preorder", since apparently there is no stock for the item. i requested a refund back to my payment method (paypal), and was told that i can only get a refund in balance which can be used on their platform. they sell items they don't have in stock, just to get your money, and then deny you a refund which, on paypal takes one second to make, instead offer you useless balance which you're again force to use on their site. Order (929195317-112) was made on Mar 19, 2020 4:50:53 PM, and till now, April 1st, i didn't recieve a refund, not even in their stupid balance. Order still shows up as "preorder". Support doesnt even bother to reply... Just stay away from this ....

I've try to contact their support at 1am my time, there is no other support more than the worst hours to contact, I integrated the Rest API in my site, it didn't do what it has to do, so I thought the orders were going to be placed in my site, but the money was going to be collected in their site as it shows in their tutorials, but is not, they told me I have to add funds, I have added funds to the account, place a new order and guess what? there is no order in their system or code, which is the worst part is the terrible 1 contact customer support, they reply back just 1 time and that is the only time

They falsely advertise that they plug-in to Prestashop and Opencart etc when in fact they don't. I went and spent a lot of money setting up a domain, hosting, a store, only to find they don't integrate with Prestashop anymore. When I told them, twice, they ignored me and continue to promote these plug-ins. Codeswholesale gets 2 stars because the site is relatively fine otherwise. It would be good if they had more info such as images and descriptions to further help you build your store and sell more keys.
