CodesWholesale.comReviews of codeswholesale.com

I've been searching for a reliable platform to buy digital game codes at competitive prices. CodesWholesale.com has been a valuable find despite minor issues. Pros: - Extensive Game selection - Good Pricing: Their prices are very competitive, and occasional discounts sweeten the deal even more. - Quick delivery: within minutes of completing a purchase. Cons: - Occasional Stock Shortage: There have been instances where the desired game was temporarily out of stock, but they usually restock promptly. - Customer Support Response Time: The customer support team is helpful, but response time can be a bit slow.

We had to wait for verification (they asked some documents) but after that it was smooth. API is great!

some things improved?

EDIT: Support team reached out of to me after review. Problem seems solved. Still not sure about the 30€ feed to be able to order games but thats a different story :-). Ill update the review to 3, since the platform interface still has confusing messages and some bugs. Orig Review: Starting an new online shop including gamekeys and I choosed this site for delivery...first I created an demo account to explore their API. Then the documentation of the V2 API was a 404 Page...and last but not least the "Account Status" page said "Awaiting Verification" with the message "Click to Button below to start!" but there is no button. I was like "OK happens In dev of this platforms...no problem." I asked the support skype account. They redirected me to the account team e-mail. And guess what...its more than a week now: No response. (Also sent a reminder after 4 days of waiting). So if you handle your connections with furture partners like this, how do you handle problems with the keys? Even your policy is fogy: Im not allowed to send an replacement key until you reached out to me in case of complaints? So Ill wait weeks for you and the customer goes crazy? If this is the plan Im out. I switched to a different wholesale service. Also via API direct connection. 10 Minutes after filling the apply form I got an PERSONAL e-mail with a "How to get Started" and an invite for a video / call to clear open questions. I know this is over the top, but over 1 week for an response is diff. too long. Maybe you can start there and keep your URLs to your docs up to date.

Too many typos in the codes 5-10 codes on 200 key batch. Prices could be lower, we buy from other suppliers who have lower prices on CW.

I Requested a payout from them about 3 weeks ago, but this was since not paid, it was really quick to add funds but getting your money back takes forever, we checked all the details and all was correct, but we still waiting and our balance say zero, so they clearly did something with the money but nothing is shown yet my company is called g4a

Nasty attitude and worst experience from them. I was trying to get my money back for 2 months and they were apologizing all the time assuring me that they have refunded the amount. Thanks God I used paypal so proceeded with a dispute. I have all evidences and screenshots for our conversations

Some weeks ago I have registered on their website, but I don't hear anything from them. After writing many emails I still don't hear anything from them. Very bad.
