Initially, my order was delivered to the wrong address. I was provided pictures of delivery proof by the customer service line and saw immediately it wasn't delivered to my apartment, but a building nearby. I walked over - they were no help - either they sent it back or threw it out, but it wasn't there. Infuriating, since to see it wasn't for a tenant in their building, they would have seen it was a building a few doors down and could have been redelivered by carrier or neighborly gesture. Anyway, Sarah in customer service not only quickly confirmed my actual address and set the order for reshipment but then followed up once she saw it was delivered to confirm I had received. Wonderful customer service!

When I tried to order my ring there was a glitch in the system and when I went to check out it out the wrong size ring in. I tried emailing right ataw and explained what happened and asked if I could get the size I needed but I got no answer and the small ring arrived. I messaged them right away and they were quick to write back and help me out by sending me the correct size. I love my ring!

I LOVE THEIR JEWELRY! Bought a few fun & inspirational pieces and was very happy with the look and quality. One of the rings I purchased was too small so I reached out to customer service and they were so very responsive, gracious and helpful and resolved my issue immediately. I love my new cuff bracelets! I ordered a yellow and a green one, but in fact I then swapped the green one for a white one. They look fabulous. Really elegant and smart, especially against brown skin, but still with the witty message inside which makes me chuckle. Really important to see the humour in life, even in the dark times!! I had excellent customer service from Coco Jewelry who, when I explained that the green was a little too blue for my liking and could I exchange it, offered to send me the white one anyway. I now have one for a friend in need, whenever that time shall come. Which is what life is about!

My daughter LOVED the ring. I bought it for her graduation. The quality is great and the inspirational message that came in the box was beautiful. The customer service is amazing!

The "This Too Shall Pass..." message on your jewelry (bracelets and ring) is just what I need to remember these days, without others seeing it! The jewelry is well-made and attractive. I also gave a bracelet to my daughter. Your customer service was terrific when I had a problem with ring sizing. Thank you.
