Spent one hour on hold. Spoke with shipping company. Who also handles Shein and Temu . They are based in Asia. There is no such thing as being made in Tennessee or warehoused. This is a scam. I’ve asked for my money back and cannot get anyone to help me. It hasn’t even shipped (from China) yet.

Do not order from this company. I ordered several bracelets 3 weeks before I needed them (as gifts) because they were to allegedly be shipped in 4 days. I did not get the items. I contacted them to cancel the order. They refused to refund my money and then claimed they have since shipped the items and after I get them I CAN PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK for a refund. This is ridiculous. I've started a complaint through Paypal. DO NOT USE This Company.

I had an issue with sizing, I was most certainly satisfied with the outcome of my return/exchange after being slightly frustrated with my initial encounter and customer service was top notch! Recommend! Oh, and the rings are beautiful (BONUS)

Do not order from this company. Their "customer review" page is empty for a reason. When I tried to return two bracelets that would not stay clasped and fell off the wrist, they only offered me a 20% credit to use at their store and said I had to pay for shipping. They would not be responsible for shipping unless there was a "problem with the product," so I explained to them that a bracelet, which is meant to be worn on the wrist, that does not stay on the wrist constitutes a "problem with the product." I had to email them several times. They were unhelpful and I had to get my bank involved. The phone number they have online is also not real. Their website says they are located in Tennessee but that doesn't appear to be true, either. AVOID THIS SCAM.

I'm still waiting on my order to arrive since 20 September 2024. Whenever I email and ask for a tracking number or the whereabouts, Sarah just says she will get back to me, and she never does . I think this business is a scam honestly

Customer service is really good. Add an issue with the size of some rings that I bought. And they immediately handle the situation quickly and have sent out new ones and the correct size and i've been keeping me up-to-date without me. Following up.

Great service! The ring I ordered was too big, so they sent me a new one for free. Moreover, I got to keep the previous ring as a gift. The ring is very beautiful and I like it a lot. I really recommend this company!
