My daughters love the rings they got as a gift. They are quality pieces and will definitely buy more. The packaging is also gorgeous and they specially loved the meaningful message inside the box. It's very sentimental. Customer service is also great and very prompt with my questions. Highly recommended!

I ordered a ring and made a mistake concerning size. They were wonderful about it and very sweetly and swiftly sent me another one - now I have a ring that I love and that fits! Will definitely order again!

I ordered a ring for my daughter. Super cute arrived in a box with a card and lovely saying on it. Unfortunately I ordered the silver one and meant to order the gold one. I contacted the company and they sent me a new ring in gold! Totally would order from them again!

Do not order! Rings do not look like photo, ones faulty and they have tried saying its going to cost me £30 to return, and if it gets 'lost' in transit then it won't be refunded. Screams SCAM!!!!! Made a claim via the bank!

I ordered a ring for my daughter. Super cute can in a box with a card and lovely saying on it. Unfortunately the ring was too small, I ordered a 6, I contacted the company and they sent me a new ring in a larger size for my daughter and it fits perfectly. Totally would order from them again!

This place is a joke! I was ordering something for my friend for her birthday and I asked them for the correct dimensions since they didn't seem to know how big of a wrist it would fit and so they said it would fit between a seven and eight inch wrist. Well it came and unless you're a child and even then it would be tough maybe my 5-month-old granddaughter. So I contacted them to see how to return it and get my money back and they said that it would probably cost more in shipping than the cost of the bracelet to send it back and so they were going to offer me a 20% refund and I said and then I can keep the bracelet and I said the bracelet won't fit anyone and I said I would like 100% refund because you're misrepresenting a product and I have not heard a word back from them. So this is the game these little Chinese companies play and I should have known better because I lost 20 something dollars to them and they want to give me $4 back. So this is another b******* company from China! Totally unsatisfied with them beyond unsatisfied!

Ordered a stronger than ring on January 1,2025. They said 4-8 days delivery. It is now March 15/62025 STILL have not received my ring. I went to shop app the end of January,it says it was received sent a message to lovecocojewelry.they responded and said they would send another. Middle of February,still have not received my ring, messaged them again as their is no listing of phone number or contact info. Did not get a response. It is now middle of March and still have not received my ring.!!
