I ordered several necklaces and the serpentine necklace came folded in half. There is no information on replacing it returning it or any other resolution. Will not be buying from the, again.

The quality doesn’t match the price. The “stones” and “metal”pieces are cheap plastic. Total ripoff. I can’t give these to my friends as gifts. It’s embarrassing.

The company is great and fast to respond. I ordered 3 items they are all beautiful and came in a timely manner. One item I ordered although beautiful just wasn’t me. I reached out to exchange for a color that was more me and they quickly responded and the process was so smooth.
