The bracelets were truly perfect. I don't think I've dealt with another company that I feel this much good will towards, and that kind of says a lot as a NYer? When my order needed adjustment, Cocojewelry was not only quickly responsive and helpful but also generous and kind. I tried to return the bracelets that were different than what I anticipated when they arrived. I was, instead, told to pass the bracelets on to others who may appreciate them rather than return them. I did so and the people who recieved them are now life-long fans. I also received the bracelets I initially ordered and the people I gifted them to were so grateful. A little bit of kindness can, in fact, go a very long way.

I ordered the Mother/Daughter ring for two daughters, one silver and one gold. They are very easy to deal with - great customer service and beautiful rings. I would definitely order from them again! Highly recommend!

First I have bought my wife a lot of jewelry over the years, everyday stuff to going out stuff. A lot of it is the same but slightly different. She always loved it but I always feel that it doesn’t send the message I’m trying to send. When I seen these pieces from Coco I was like that’s perfect that’s the message I want to give her, and it’s in code so she will know but the can wear it everywhere, everyday. I can’t wait to give it to her. Thanks Coco for finding a way to deliver the message on what i really want to tell her and keeping it a little secret between us. First, the rings are quality and absolutely gorgeous! I am in love with the one I purchased "F my Trauma. The lotus is beautiful, the band feels like it will last a VERY long time and the details on the band and addition of the stone are absolutely stunning. Customer service is top notch as well. I needed an exchange in size and they were prompt to address the issue with no hassle. I would highly recommend coco jewelry. I have even purchased a ring for my mother and friend so they can be inspired by their jewelry. Not related to the amazing jewelry or great customer service but I loved that their company name is one of my nicknames (coco). Just another reason to come back and buy more of their products!

Product size much smaller than pictures depicted and looks cheap in person. Great jewelry concepts, but poor execution. I ordered two bracelets and they are waaaay over-priced for the size beads that are used. Super disappointed, but sounds like it's not worth the headache to try and return them from what others wrote. I'll just never order from them again and share how disappointed I am with the experience. The tell-tale red flag - you can't leave any reviews on their website or their Etsy site. EDIT: The company reached out to me by email and I am now quite satisfied with the transaction. Really impressed by their initiative and quick response!

I ordered a ring for my wife and it came in quickly and was flawless. I ordered the complete wrong size and they worked with me to get the right size. Great customer service and great quality ring!
