My initial order I accidentally ordered rings that were too big and the Coco jewelry and Sarah were very responsive when I email to request to return. The quality of the jewellery is just beautiful. It is as per what you see on the website thank you.

The braclet is just fabulous. I wanted to leave a bit of feedback about what a great experience I had, i.e. buying/quality of product. But I could not find where to leave any feedback.

Perfect experience all around. Beautiful bracelets came in the mail super quick, come to find out I messed up and picked the wrong birthstone for one. I emailed customer service and they got back to me and sent me a new bracelet with the correct stones! Will be ordering again for sure.

The ring is beautiful. It was a gift for my sister and she needed a smaller size. Sarah handled the replacement. It was easy and pain free. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

The products are very pretty and feel like decent construction. They all come with loving messages, perfect for gifts. Each piece has been a wonderful, small reminder of what I am capable of.

I received a bracelet as a gift, and it broke after wearing once. I reached out in email to see what they could do to help and without any issue they replaced it. As I didn't have a receipt, they tracked the order by purchaser's name and zip code, which I appreciated not having to tell her there was an issue and shipped directly to me.

Update, after an initial glitch, I did receive my package. I haven’t received my order. I received an email stating there was a failed delivery attempt. I emailed support but haven’t heard anything
