As agreed, we have processed the refund for your order, and out of goodwill we wanted to make things right since the package was sent to your old address listed in the order record. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process. Warm regards, COCO Jewelry Team

This company is wonderful! From the date of purchase, I received the ring quickly and it was a beautifully stunning piece of jewelry. The packaging was above and beyond with a cute card in a decorative slip envelope atop a sturdy, quality, classy gift box adorned with a red ribbon. The quality of the ring and packaging was much better than I had expected! I will definitely be going back to order additional pieces!

Stone does not set nicely…is off center and only side of stone is seen. No instructions, perhaps not using correctly?

I have had some very positive interactions with customer service. When I placed my order I accidentally forgot to change my mailing address and by the time I realized it my package had already shipped. I checked the other address the night after my package was delivered but; of course, it wasn't there. They are sending me another package! (To the correct address) I can't wait for it to come. I highly recommend them!
