Coastal Moving ServicesReviews of coastalmovingservices.com

The movers were quick and efficient, they were very careful with my belongings.

Please don make a mistake of booking with this company. Very poor and uncourtious customer service. After booking they will hand you over to some other mover and you are at their mercy. Incase an item is lost, forget about the recovery. The compensation offered is another joke.

Completely dishonest and overcharge people.. they take advantage of the elderly and not only did we have to throw out lot of our stuff due Adam saying that it would cost alot more but we were quoted one charge then Adam added an additional $6,000 dollars that we shouldn't of been charged. Tried to contact management and that was a joke. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! It cost $8,000 to move from California to Oklahoma and when our stuff arrived it did not take up half of the big rig but we paid for that much and was told to get a 10x20 storage unit and we could of gotten a 10x10 and still had room.

I booked a move for my cousin and it was the best experience and carrier they sent WE Haul moving services were AMAZING!

Costal moving has made my moving experience a great. Carlos and team were timely and efficient. They were caring, friendly, and took good care of our belongings.

Moes Team excellent services, strong communicators, perfect punctuality. Acceptionally helpful

Mo and his crew were excellent! Professional and very personal. Extremely careful with my belongings.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please please please go with any other moving company. I am a young woman who was moving alone and thought a moving company would make my life easier… coastal moving did the opposite. The price ended up being twice what was estimated and I didn’t add any extra items, they price based on cubic ft in the truck NOT by number/size of items. They broke a bunch of my furniture and boxes that said “FRAGILE” and “Glass” were absolutely destroyed. They gave me a horrible time about just getting a receipt and the form to claim their insurance. The movers sexually harassed me and left a bunch of trash behind for me to clean up during pick up and delivery. One of the managers, Jacob was super rude on the phone, only a couple people in customer service were actually helpful. I’m pretty sure this company is a scam, again please use any other moving service but this one!
