Carlos did a fantastic job, communicated when he was arriving and moved a very heavy and difficult gym cable machine. He took apart and put it back together when arriving at final destination. Very easy and helpful

Carlos and his team worked so hard and they were so meticulous about packing everything. They did a spectacular job and I highly recommend his company for any kind of move. I was so stressed out about moving and they made it much easier on me because I knew I was in good hands.

Elton and Aidin from Loadrans LLC, packed everything really well. They were on time and were very efficient. Just had some minor damage with my couch but it was bulky and heavy and the building was not meant for the couch. All in all I was happy with their service.

Company initially quoted a price for services on February 24; the initial estimate was significantly higher than two others I received but they eventually discounted $1500. This was still slightly more than the other companies but I was assured by the customer service representative they would essentially give white glove service - hang/dismount TVs, help with significant clutter removal, disassemble a few other large items. Initial quality assurance call was to occur on February 27; I had to call the company three times to get this done because no call was received at the quoted time. I then received a text (rather than a call like I was told) that the movers would arrive between 9am-12pm. The movers did not arrive until 2pm. On arrival they told me the move (which was reviewed over a detailed video call, where every item was walked through) would be double the initial estimate. I called and attempted to cancel all services, but was told the $1500 deposit would be kept. With that being the case (and with me not having the time to fight with them over the deposit), I had them fill under the original terms with nothing additional paid. The primary items at the original location (TVs, a large castle bed for my daughter, a trampoline) were untouched so they could minimize work. Because of the delay in arrival, they either will be unable to make it to the storage unit (which closes at 9pm) or will not assemble the beds (which was part of the contracted terms). They also quoted an additional $600 cost to climb a few flights of stairs associated with the delivery - this wasn’t mentioned at any point during the estimate process/was never asked about. A quick Google search (which I should have done prior to contracting) shows the atrocious reputation this company has. It’s well deserved.

Danny and his team were so fast and professional! I had a great experience with them. Highly recommended!
