Used to trust this company, except having signed up as a business, I now see all you have to do is pay a bunch of money for a top ranking. Apparently it means nothing now, and better reflects the marketing budget of a company than the quality of services they offer....

Your service is quite possibly the worst thing to have ever graced the internet. A double standard doesn't even begin to explain my experience. You disqualified my company because you say we sell a software (which is not true) but then qualify 100s of other companies who offer the same exact services as we do, some of them are even who we do subcontracting work for. Your service rep gave me NO reasonable explanation other than it doesn't align with your values, even after I explained our situation. If it's true that our company doesn't align with your values then you guys need to pull EVERY single consultant listing on your website. I plan on reporting to BBB and every possible channel to disqualify your reputation as a legitimate business listing service. Absolutely disgusting.

Clutch is the worse reviewer company. they would not allow you to post your review about company and alert others to prevent of future loss. I use Joseph Latif in LA as CPA accountant to do my tax. He is the most unreliable, untruthful, incompetent CPA I ever seen. DO NOT TRUST JOSEPH LATIF CPA. Also DO NOT TUST Clutch will prevent you to write your review and alert others. CLUTCH works for company not your benefit

Clutch.co used to be an honest place to find rated and vetted companies. Unfortunately now they are making companies pay to be ranked for top positions, which destroys the reliability and trustworthiness rankings. So much for helping people anymore. Greeeed... Beware!!

Writing for 2 Weeks with their Sales team and suddenly didn't get an answer any more before my holiday with crucial information and now we can not do the project in time anymore. Their Review Team calls clients and puts in information that is basically understood wrong (They dont know the industry and put in "Social media marketing" instead of "User Acquisition".... --> I even provided detailed project descirption and they wrote random stuff. Many clients reviewed but reviews are not going live. SEO team contacts us multiple times, but doesnt react to the emails we send to them....

I left a review for a company I worked with. I was very clear that I wanted to maintain my privacy and not have my identity posted for the review. Clutch went ahead and posted my full name on the review. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. Update: They fixed it, so I increased my rating. But this should never have happened in the first place.

Excellent! Clutch Reviews IS the best reviews platform out there, and then Trust Profile follows! Although we are reviewing them now on TrustPilot, who are one of the worst by the way, we do need to post unfortunately our review here as well and everywhere else, so that people can find the really good services out there and know what is really going on with the not good ones that get advertised too much. We are a recently founded design boutique agency / company [ ar-media.net ], just getting started in the web industry. Obviously, we need to use ratings and reviews platforms to spread the word and showcase our happy clients' good opinions about us. We found Clutch and although the process is painful for the customer to review a business (it takes too long) it's probably the best and most professional and legit way in the internet. And trust us, we have tried many of those reviews platforms. They have a great professional attitude in Clutch, the support team is always there, they are actually there to even go through phone-calls about the review with the reviewer, to make sure the review is legit, they are not removing legit and good reviews like TrustPilot does all the time (TrustPilot has removed 4 legit customers reviews out of 5, because we invited them outside their platform, LOL), and basically we are having a great experience with Clutch, so far. Just to give a couple more examples, GoodFirms is one of those platforms that we did the mistake to try and really hated, total waste of time. Stay away from them! SCAM! Another mistake was the TrustPilot platform here (stay away from them as well), and Trust Profile is our second favorite, a very good experience with them as well, like with Clutch. We tried many others too obviously, mediocre, not worth mentioning...

Absolute con site. Was connected with a business on their site with a glowing review and business award from clutch only to be completely scammed out of around $20,000. The companys information was completely misleading and false from location, to number of employees to skills etc and on complaining to Clutch they just ignored my emails. They are actively supporting complete scam businesses. As long as the scammers are willing to pay Clutch will promote them. Wouldn't recommend anyone using this as a site to review businesses . Feel sorry for the legitimate businesses using the site but got a feeling most legitimate businesses will figure this out and wont use them..
