The feedback and review system is as clear as mud
The feedback and review system is flawed. One of my clients wanted to go through the review process and used my customised link to submit a review and got rejected - I have no idea why. I have had multiple communication problems and wish there was a way to migrate the handful of reviews they do have.

Hi Mita. Every review submitted goes through a verification process to protect the integrity of the platform, and in some cases, a review doesn't clear that process.
