The worst experience with managing profiles. Invoices not working, cannot charge cards, just pay to win site without any working section. Cannot download invoices

Whole onboarding process was smooth and they explained very well what is important to rate high on the list. As I was completing our profile, our rating has grown. We have been using Clutch as our main reviewing platform since they began, and they are excellent. They do live interviews and follow up on everything. Many of our clients have found us through Clutch and have been thrilled with the long, detailed reviews. It is not "pay to play", rankings are also done organically. Video Jeeves did the illustrations for two of my books: Felix and Eagle Imagine and Rodowell Sky: Miracles Come to Life. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were quite the professionals. I had the luxury of working closely with Daisy, the Senior Art Director. She was a joy to work with and was always prompt in her responses. Going into this process, I was nervous and a bit skeptical because I was asking someone else to bring to life the images locked away in my mind, figuratively speaking. Not only did Daisy and her graphic designer team deliver, but it was exhilarating waiting for the next illustration each week. I will truly miss those moments. Naturally there were minor things to tweak or correct like the grass needing to look more real, but no matter the issue, and they were few and far between, Daisy and her entourage ALWAYS corrected it and delivered a GREAT illustration. Even when it came to the cover designs of both books, I didn’t have the faintest idea for what to put on them. I think I told Daisy a cloud or something for one and playsets for the other. Pitiful, I know. Needless to say, I trusted Daisy’s team and boy did they come through! Furthermore, I highly recommend using Video Jeeves for any aspiring author looking to add a little pizazz to their manuscript or cover. I’ll tell you one thing, I will definitely work with them again in the near future!

Before I applied the highest rate was %9.99. After applying I received a call and they said I have to apply through a shady bank called ''Quantifi'' with lowest rate %11.99 to highest rate of %30.99. I did not go further with clutch. I ended up screwing up my credit score in vain. I regret it so much.

A bunch of ldiots to be honest. So I have been using them for 2 months now and my account has got 1 view which was my friend. I have got 4 clients to send a review and they did but according to clutch they were suspicious or someshit along those lines. Its pay to win. Congratulations
