Solid platform, but there are questions
I have very mixed feelings about this platform. On the one hand, it's a great platform, but on the other, there's a lot of seemingly unverified information there. Sometimes I look at company listings — the top ones, I assume, should be the best of the best, but there are fly-by-night companies there that don't have a decent website (one or two pages), no projects in their portfolios or case studies, no client reviews. How do they get there, and most importantly, why even show them at the top? Do something about them separately; there's no guarantee they'll complete the project, and you're mixing them up with trustworthy companies.

Hi Hanna. To help add some clarity, companies that complete our Clutch Verification process do appear higher in search results than unverified businesses. Verification allows us to confirm that a company is legitimate, and once that’s complete, we work closely with those providers to strengthen their profiles with authenticated reviews, portfolio details, and more. When you come across a business with limited information, it’s often because they’re early in that process and haven’t yet built out their profile. As they add more reviews and proof of work their placement naturally adjusts.
